1.安装前必须保证骨架的平整和清洁；
2.先检查板材的裁切尺寸和膨胀预留量是否合格，要特别注意留出足够的均匀的膨胀间隙，计算公式如下：
总膨胀间隙＝膨胀系数×当地安装前后*大的温差×板材长度
膨胀系数为7.0×10-5mm/mm.K
3.板材热胀冷缩系数与支撑框架不同，且需要留余量以承受风压、雪压等，因此嵌入量要预留充分，以及热胀冷缩的空间。一般板材边缘伸入固定框架25mm以上，并至少有二条筋肋安装时固定区域；热胀冷缩一般每米留3mm空隙;
4.认明板材表面防紫*线的一面，并把该面朝外安装，*不允许把防紫*线的一面朝内安装；
5.在安装板材时，板材上所覆保护膜会影响填缝料与板材的结合,所以在安装前把板材四周的保护膜揭起5～10cm，不要让型材夹住保护膜，但也不可揭起太多，以免因操作而损伤板面；
注意：有些工人操作时把保护膜夹在型材里，然后用锋利工具划印再揭起，但往往划伤板面而导致板材破坏；
6. 永信中空板材冷弯安装的情况下，其弯曲半径不得小于板材厚度的175倍；
7. 永信中空板材只能顺肋筋方向弯曲；
8. 永信中空板材倾斜安装应顺肋筋方向，有利于冷凝水导出；
9. 如须在板上直接固定自攻自钻钉，须扩孔，所有钻孔直径应大于螺栓直径，留出热胀冷缩间隙；故在材板开孔时，孔径须比螺丝直径大百分之50左右，在弯曲部分避免锁螺丝，以免造成裂板；
10.自攻螺丝拧紧时用力要均匀，确保型材真*压实密封胶条和板材；
11.所有孔隙应以中性密封胶填充，并以中性密封胶胶涂敷外露部分以防止清洁剂渗入边缘，防止延发性龟裂；当发现安装缺*陷时，在可能发生渗漏的部位可加以密封胶进行弥补。选用密封胶要选用固化后仍保持柔软、低模数、延伸率大于50％的中性耐候硅酮胶，施胶前一定要使铝型材及板材的表面清洁和干燥，做到无油污、尘土、水汽、露珠及其它杂物，施胶要均匀，胶层表面光滑，断面尺寸一致并不得有间断现象；须特别注意的是所使用的中性密封胶必*提前与板材做相容性试验，以避免与板材发生化学反应；
12.孔的中*到板材边缘间距应大于等于5cm;
13.板材安装全过程中严禁足踏板面，操作时须使用跨越板材的可移式踏板；
14. 永信PC板剪裁长度务必大于宽度才可弯曲；
15. 永信板材安装好后要求立即揭掉保护膜，如因施工特殊要求保护板面，也须先揭掉保护膜，而后重新覆盖；
16. 永信板材安装好后应进行自检，特别要认真做喷淋试验，检查是否漏水，如有漏水隐患应及时消*，然后再检查外观质量；

The coefficient of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the plate is different from that of the supporting frame, and allowance needs to be left to bear wind pressure, snow pressure, etc., so the embedding amount should be reserved enough and the space for thermal expansion and cold contraction should be reserved. Generally, the edge of the plate extends more than 25mm into the fixed frame, and there are at least two ribs in the fixed area during installation; Thermal expansion and cold contraction generally leave 3mm gap per meter;
4. Identify the side of the anti purple * line on the surface of the plate and install it outward, * it is not allowed to install the side of the anti purple * line inward;
5. When installing the plate, the protective film covered on the plate will affect the combination of joint filler and plate. Therefore, lift the protective film around the plate for 5 ~ 10cm before installation. Do not let the profile clamp the protective film, but do not lift too much to avoid damaging the plate surface due to operation;
Note: some workers clamp the protective film in the profile during operation, and then scratch it with sharp tools and then lift it up, but it often scratches the board surface and causes damage to the board;
6. When Yongxin hollow plate is installed by cold bending, its bending radius shall not be less than 175 times of the plate thickness;
7. Yongxin hollow plate can only be bent along the rib direction;
8. The inclined installation of Yongxin hollow plate shall be along the rib direction, which is conducive to the export of condensate;
9. If it is necessary to directly fix the self tapping and self drilling nails on the plate, the holes must be enlarged. The diameter of all holes should be greater than the diameter of bolts, leaving a gap between thermal expansion and cold contraction; Therefore, when opening the hole in the material plate, the hole diameter must be about 50% larger than the screw diameter. Avoid locking the screw in the bending part to avoid cracking the plate;
10. The self tapping screw shall be tightened with even force to ensure that the profile is really * compacted with sealant strip and plate;
11. All pores shall be filled with neutral sealant, and the exposed parts shall be coated with neutral sealant to prevent detergent from penetrating into the edge and prevent delayed cracking; In case of installation defects, sealant can be used to make up for possible leakage. Neutral weather resistant silicone adhesive with soft, low modulus and elongation greater than 50% after curing shall be selected for sealant. Before sizing, the surface of aluminum profile and plate must be clean and dry to ensure no oil stain, dust, water vapor, dew and other sundries. The sizing shall be uniform, the surface of adhesive layer shall be smooth, the section size shall be consistent and there shall be no interruption; Special attention should be paid to the compatibility test between the neutral sealant used and the plate in advance to avoid chemical reaction with the plate;
12. The distance from the middle * of the hole to the edge of the plate shall be greater than or equal to 5cm;
13. During the whole process of plate installation, it is strictly prohibited to foot the tread, and the movable pedal crossing the plate must be used during operation;
14. The cutting length of Yongxin PC board must be greater than the width before bending;
15. After the Yongxin plate is installed, the protective film shall be removed immediately. If the plate surface is required to be protected due to special construction requirements, the protective film shall also be removed first and then covered again;
16. After the installation of Yongxin plate, self inspection shall be carried out, especially the spray test shall be carried out carefully to check whether there is water leakage. If there is any hidden danger of water leakage, it shall be eliminated in time, and then the appearance quality shall be checked;
