测试目的:以(1/4”(6mm))钢球来测试眼镜(尤其是保护镜)的镜片强度,焊接点、镜框 与镜片密合等耐冲击测试。 使用说明: 1.首先请注意机台之电压为几伏特(V),然后找相同电压之插座将机台之插头插上。 2.将压力送上。 3.将氮气之高压调整阀装于氮气筒上, 再将机台后方之氮气高压管接于氮气筒。 4.打开银幕之电源,空气压力调至5kg,待屏幕归零后即可。 A. 选择高速或低速测试: 如欲选择高速: 1.先确认好第3 项歩骤之动作。 2.将高低速选择开关转向氮气高速测试。 3.打开氮气。 4.然后高速测试的压力则从氮气筒上的高压调整阀调整,压力大小则看面板的高 速调整压力表。 5.若停止测试将氮气关掉后,再按发射钮将氮气排出。 B.如欲选择低速: 1.将氮气关掉。 2.按发射钮,将机台内剩余的氮气排出。 (此1、2 项为高速切换低速时之前置歩骤;若直接测试低速则歩骤从第3 项开始) 3.然后将高低速选择开关转向空气低速测试。而压力调整则从操作面板右侧前方 有一只低速调整阀调整,压力大小则看操作面板之低速调整压力表。 4. 若停止测试将空气关掉后,再按发射钮将空气排出。 5.将雷射开关开啓,然后把射击箱内之人头移至非射击点之位置,在测速时不让钢珠打到, 或者可将人头座取出,再调整其所需之速度。 6.在调整速度或测试时,将钢珠上膛后,此时镭射光是不亮的(代表钢珠已上膛)再作发射 的动作。 7. 将弹珠装入弹孔内, 然后将上膛把手往后拉到底, 再放掉把手即可发射。 (※注意:若上膛把手未拉到底,则不能发射。) (※因为安全上之顾虑,所以射击箱门内装有一个安全开关,因此门一开就不能发射弹 珠。) 完成以上动作后,即可将要测试之眼镜,戴上将要测试之人头上,然后调整其将要测试 之位置即可。(※注意:枪管上的电线(光纤)内心是玻璃材料,不可拉扯或扭曲,否则容 易断裂,就测不出时速。) (以EN166标准为例) 冲击测试要求:眼睛保护 用品类型:钢球冲击速度 低速冲击:148-153ft/s 中速冲击:394-404 ft/s 高速冲击:623-640 ft 英尺/s Test purpose: to test the strength of the glasses (especially the protection mirror) for the lens strength, welding points and frames Resistance to shock test, such as lens tight. Or you can take your head out and adjust the speed you need. When adjusting the speed or test, the steel ball is loaded and the laser light is not bright (which means the steel ball is loaded) and then fired again The action.
